Refund Policy

1. 14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind our methodology. New students are eligible for a 100% Full Refund within the first 14 days of their initial purchase if they feel the service does not meet their expectations.

Condition: This guarantee is valid provided the student has not completed more than two (2) 1-on-1 sessions during this period.

2. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle already in progress, but you will retain full access to the Platform and your Credit Bank until the end of the period.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Unused class credits stored in the "Credit Bank" have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency upon cancellation. They are strictly for educational use within the Platform.

4. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

We are committed to student success. If you have an issue with a charge, please contact our support team at espanolconeacademy@gmail.com before initiating a bank dispute. We aim to resolve all inquiries within 48 business hours.
