Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2026
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the "Español con E" platform (the "Platform") and subscribing to our services, you (the "Student" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Platform is operated by Español con E, based in Córdoba, Argentina.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Español con E is a specialized EdTech platform providing Spanish language immersion for international professionals. Our service follows the proprietary "3 Es" Methodology: Focus, Strategy, and Enthusiasm.
Our standard plans include:
- Access to a private Student Dashboard for progress tracking.
- Digital learning materials and asynchronous resources.
- Live 1-on-1 conversational sessions per billing cycle (depending on your chosen plan).
3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
All payments are securely processed by PayPal, acting as our official Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring monthly charge of your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal.
4. THE "CLASS CREDIT BANK" & SCHEDULING
To provide maximum flexibility for our students, we operate under a Credit Bank System:
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice via the platform. In such cases, the session credit is returned to your "Bank."
- Late Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will result in the loss of that credit to compensate the teacher's reserved time.
- Expiration: Credits remain valid as long as the student maintains an active subscription.
5. TEACHER ATTENDANCE (RECIPROCITY)
In the rare event that a teacher is unable to attend a session:
- The student will be notified immediately.
- The session credit will be returned to the Student's Bank.
- An additional "Bonus Credit" will be issued as a token of our commitment to your progress.
6. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to video conferencing software (Zoom or Google Meet). The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by the User's local hardware or connectivity issues.
